Market Share Policies
Please treat your card as you would cash. We cannot replace a lost or stolen card unless your card is registered. If you purchase your Market Share Card online or by mail, your card number is automatically registered with the purchaser name and contact information. If you purchased your card in person at the Atlas Farm Store or at any of our Farmers’ Market locations, you may provide us with your contact information at the time of purchase in order to register your card. If your card is lost or stolen, please report it to our office immediately.
We can only register your card under one name and will only issue one card per Market Share.
You can add credit to your card at any time by either of the following methods: You can send a check to our main farm office and you will receive an email confirmation of your payment and available balance. Alternatively, you can present us with a check, cash or credit card at the Farm Store or at any of our Farmers' Market locations to have credit added to your market share card immediately.
You may purchase any products at our Farm Store or at our Farmers' Market with your Market Share credit. This includes non-Atlas Farm produce and non-food items.
In order to use your credit, you must have the card present. We will no longer be recording your balance on paper.
Market Share credit is non-refundable and the credit on your card is valid for 7 years from the date purchased. To inquire about your Market Share Card available balance, please call toll- free 888-303-1175. Please contact the Atlas Farm main office with any discrepancies.
