The Atlas Farm Store is OPEN!

We have returned to our regular hours — 8am-7pm — though we will remain closed on Sundays in order to manage inventory and deep-clean the store. The decision to open our doors to shoppers is based on positive Covid-19 trends in Massachusetts and Franklin County, as well as the current guidance of the state government. Masks and social distancing measures will still be required. We will also continue to offer curbside pickup as a low-contact alternative to in-person shopping.

Order Online for Curbside Pickup: Atlas Farm Online Store

We are now offering online ordering for NEXT-DAY curbside pickup only.

8/1 UPDATE: We are no longer offering Monday pickups. The ordering period for Tuesday pickup will open at 3pm on Saturdays.

Please note that with the store open to in-person shopping, we will no longer be able to track inventory online. This means that items will continue be listed on the online store even if they have sold out. We will let you know if we are unable to fill your order in full.

To place an order online:

  • Navigate to the online store using the link above, then click "Product List" in the menu at the top of the page.
  • From the drop-down menu on the left, select the day you want to pick up your order. (Example: “Tuesday Store Pickup”). We are now offering NEXT-DAY pickup five days per week, Tuesday-Saturday. You must place an order before 5pm for pickup the following day.
  • If this is your first order, you will need to create a login. Follow the prompts to register, then continue shopping.
  • To add an item to your order, click the + symbol next the to item name, enter the quantity you would like, and click “Add to Order”.
  • Continue to add items to your order until you have everything you need.
  • To check out, click the cart icon in the upper right of the screen, and select “View and Confirm Order". To remove an item, click the edit icon next to the item and adjust the quantity to 0.
  • To pay with a MARKET SHARE, enter your 15-digit card number in the “notes” field.
  • To pay with a CREDIT CARD, use the “Payment Information” option in the left sidebar to add your credit card information. We will use this secure information to charge your card once we have processed your order.
  • To use SNAP/HIP or CASH, you will need to pay in the store when you pick up.
  • Click “Confirm Order”.

You will receive an order confirmation email once we receive your order. You will receive a second email from us when your order is ready for pickup.

PLEASE DO NOT COME TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER UNTIL YOU RECEIVE THE SECOND EMAIL FROM US OR YOU WILL EXPERIENCE A LONG WAIT TIME.

Online Ordering FAQ

Q: The site won't let me add items to my cart. What's wrong?
A: Before you add items to your cart, you must select a pickup day from the drop-down menu on the left-hand side of the product page. If you have selected a day that is not open for ordering, you will be unable to proceed.

Q: I placed an order. Can I add something?
A: You can add items to an online order, even after you've confirmed the order. Return to the products page and add the items just as you did when you created your initial order. You do not need to call us UNLESS you have already received the second confirmation email indicating that your order is packed and ready for pickup.

Q: I added something to my order by mistake! How do I delete it?
A: You can use the edit icon next to the item in your shopping cart to adjust the ordered quantity. If you want to remove an item, adjust the quantity to zero.

Q: I entered my credit card on the site, but the confirmation email says I still need to pay.
A: No worries! We won't charge your card until we've packed up your order, so as long as your card information has been added to your online account, you're all set. We will contact you if we need additional information.

Q: How do I pay for an order with my Market Share?
A:
Please enter your 15-digit card number in the "notes" field of your order. You can do this either before you confirm your order, or after.

Q: Can I add money to my Market Share online or over the phone?
A: Yes! The best way to renew your Market Share is to do so online.
